I bought an iPhone 5s for 410 euro. I sent a bank transfer to the seller on Friday last and he told me it went to his account on Tuesday. He told me he missed the post on Tuesday and that he'll have it sent out Wednesday. He was very fast at replying up until Tuesday when he said he'll give me the tracking number on Wednesday afternoon. On the Wednesday when I messaged him asking for the tracing number he promised he replied saying he was working and his wife posted it earlier on. I sent him 3 messages since and each time I sent him a message it showed on his profile he came online.
Is there anything the police could do in tis situation or even the bank?
Should I message him saying if he doesn't help me sort out the situation I'm going to get the police involved?
