Computer can't connect to my iphone with same LAN?

Okay so guys, I've been having this issue recently. I actually have a router to which my iphone and several devices are connected. Even my computer is connected via Ethernet cable. It could connect to my phone before. Like the ip my phone gave for locally sharing files. I would put it up on my computer browser and connect to my phone locally. But it doesn't anymore? I've tried so much. But it doesn't want to connect to my phone locally(wirelessly) via the same network.

Will my old whatsapp convo still be there?

I haven't been on whatsapp in around 4 months.
I completely deleted the app and not too long ago an old friend said she sent me a picture on there around 2 months ago. If I reinstall the app will the conversation still be there? Also on my iPhone it's not letting me restore anything because I don't have enough iCould space. So does that mean I can't retrieve this conversation?

So ok I really want to upgrade my phone from an iPhone 4 to an iPhone 5s. However, I still have a year left on my contract. (I'm with EE) is there anyway I could buy a iPhone 5s from Apple and then apply to EE to get a micro sim still using the same contract but converting into a micro sim?

I was looking to sell my iPhone 4 and I haven't been having much look. Then one fay in art class he says, " can I buy your iPhone off you?" The price he offered is fine but, if he has some sort of a problem with it he might come back to me asking for his money back. Now I don't expect anything to go wrong with the phone but I'm just worried that if he has a problem, he will not want it anymore and I will have to avoid him for 4 more years. Which model of iPhone 4s 16GB better, A1387 or A1431?

I'm planning to buy iphone 4s 16GB, but I can't decide between these two models. A1387 (international version) and A1431 (China only GSM) models.Both of them are original certified models of Apple. But in terms of quality I'm not sure which is better. Specs for both are identical, I will be using it on GSM/WCDMA networks( 2G and 3G), not CDMA.So your advice and opinions are appreciated.

Can you connect a Linksys router to a Xfinity modem?

So my mom recently got a new Xfinity modem, because after a power outage, our Linksys router was having issues. The Xfinity modem has built-in Wi-Fi, but it's really slow & it doesn't cover the whole house. The Linksys router was perfect & had a great Wi-Fi range throughout the house, but the Xfinity modem is on the other side of the house while the side I'm on (opposite side of modem location) has very weak or no Wi-Fi signal. I have a laptop & iPhone & the rooms on the opposite side of where the modem is has very weak or no signal at all. When the Linksys router worked, it had excellent signal & worked really well.

Is there a way to connect the Linksys router to the Xfinity modem to get better Wi-Fi?
