How is blatant copying legal?

My friend makes iPhone games and makes a fortune off of clones. His latest game is "don't touch the blue tile" and "candy tap saga". I'm not hating I'm just wondering how he doesn't get sued

When Will The iPhone 5s Price Drop?

I've being eyeing the iPhone for years now. My parents refuse to get me one mostly because of the expensive prices (I can only get an unlocked one since I have MetroPCS ugh) and the price is $649 JUST for the 16GB one for iPhone 5s.

The only thing is that I'm not exactly sure about is when the price will drop for the 5s? Will it go down a bit when the iPhone 6 comes out? And if it does, when will it come out? If it doesn't, how long will I have to wait? A few months to a year?

I really like Apple products but I seriously am getting frustrated with the prices and also with how it goes from one iPhone to the next just like THAT.

How to transfer my data from my old iPhone to a new one?

Okay, so my old iPhone 5 is broken and won't connect to my computer. I'm fairly sure I backed it up on my computer, but I don't know how to access all the information. If I were to get an iPhone 5s, would it be possible to transfer the backed-up data from my old iPhone 5 to my new iPhone 5s? I would just go get it fixed, but since Apple's repair prices are rapage, I did it myself, so now they won't even touch my phone. And does the iPhone 5 and iPhone 5s share the same SIM card? So i can just move it to the other without having to go through AT&T to get a new number?

Added (2). My iPhone can't turn on. The power button is broke, and it will not charge. It will not connect to my computer or any power source in any size, shape, or form.

Added (3). Okay, I found my back-ups, but hey're encrypted. I don't know how to get them un-encrypted. I also don't know how to transfer the data over. How can I "transfer the data to my pc, then to my phone"?

Why does apple keep releasing new products so soon?

I recently got the iPhone 5s about 2 months ago because I upgraded from the 5c and I find out that the 6 is being released in August and it's very annoying because when your on contract you have to pay like 350 for cancellation or upgrade and restart your contract over and keep doing it so you can keep up with your friends and stuff who have the new iphone is very irritating. Why do they keep doing this? Samsung doesn't produce nearly as fast.
