I had my iPhone 4s screen professionally replaced at a repair shop and now it acts up and screen shows up like this photo

Any clue why it's like this?

I tried to sync it but nothing would come up. I tried both my desktop and laptop and got nothing.

When I use my wall charger it works perfectly.

Also when I sync my ipod to either of my computers it works and syncs perfectly. What is going on with my iphone?

Dropped my iphone in water. Can I still use it?

My iphone fell into the toilet but I caught it after honestly two seconds and I imediately put the blow dryer to it on cold level (not super got just cold air). Do you think I saved it? Screen still works, headphones work, and charger works. Just the speakers don't work:'( never use them anyway though haha other than phoning. Anyway is it safe to use my phone or will I get like electrocuted from it if all the water isn't out… Dumb question Ikr but is itbpossible? Or can anything else happen to me from it?

What happens If I don't fill out a W-9 Form?

So I watched these videos online for a company called App Trailers and approved these videos to placed on its iPhone app. I earned 5 cents per video. I received an email in December saying that I earned over $600 in a year. Attached in the email was a W-9 form. I never filled out the form and I stopped making money immediately. What happens if I didn't fill out that form?
