My iPhone 4s will not connect to my home Wi-Fi no matter what suggestions I try. Any suggestions?

So I never had an issue connection to my home Wi-Fi before with my iPhone 4s, until 2 days ago. I have done everything; forgotten the network, reset the network settings, ect. No matter what I read on these forums, nothing seems to really work. I don't know how to do much with electronics and such, so things suggested like with the static IP and all of that, I don't understand.
Please, if anyone can help me, I'd truly appreciate it.

I really want to get an iPhone but?

So i'm a 14year old girl and I have a samsung galaxy stellar and its really slow and not working well. I really want an iphone but i'm not eligible for an upgrade til march. I know you could pay the money to end the contract early buy its expensive, and my parents think its not worth it bc I don't use my phone that often but I would if I had an iPhone! Is there any other cheaper options to get a new phone?

also, if I do get an iPhone, which one? 5s is best, but its expensive! Is it worth the extra money, should i get a 5c?

I've watched a episode of south park about the mini fish people. I soon had desire to have some kind of little simulator that has small little ppl that would build houses, and stuff by themselfs either online pc or on an iphone. Let me know any games similar to this?
