How to get instagram/snapchat on my nokia lumia 710?

Its total **** for apps, i've had mine for 2 years, no wonder they were just about to go bankrupt, its apsolute **** you can't barley any of the apps you can get on the iphone or samsung but anyway how do i download snapchat/instagram on nokia lumia 710?

Should I buy an iphone with a bigger memory or purchase icloud storage?

I'm currently looking at changing my mobile contract and was looking at the iphone 5c. The 8GB model was a third cheaper than the 16GB. I currently have an iphone 4 with 16BG memory and I have had it for 2 years and have usually stayed around the 13GB usage mark.
So, my question is, do I spend more money each month to get the 16GB model, or do I buy the 8GB and just buy additional yearly icloud storage?

I do also have an ipad mini and iPod Nano (6th (?) generation) if this helps.

I want to know if there are any good waterproof iphone 4 case on ebay because i like to go boating but i don't want to drop my phone, i would like a good deal like 20$ about but notthing cheap from china i don't want to ruin my phone over a cheap case

Change back to original keyboard on droid?

I got the emoji keyboard and I hate it. I uninstalled it and then I had no keyboard. So I put it back on. I want the keyboard the phone came with I hate this one. I had an iPhone and this is my first droid haha. I just want the old one back please help. You can't even use a mic on this keyboard. Its a Motorola droid just came out I don't know if that helps

Why can't my iPhone detect my location?

My location services are ON and everything, but whenever i have to use it with siri to ask her questions about places in the area she says she can't look for places where i live. And when i need to use the location for some of my apps, like with the app "Wist" which searches for restaurants near you, it won't have any results! I really need help Please
