IPhone 5s Touch ID isn't working?

So I've just got my iPhone 5s in gold 16gb yesterday. It's on the latest IOS 7.1.1. The touch id doesn't work at times and it just annoys me alot. I did all the 5 fingerprints enroll instead of one. It'll be easier, but it doesn't works at times. Any idea or tips? Anything, please! I'm so frustrated about this, please help. Like maybe, any tips to make it work most of the time? Please help! I would appreciate all your help >

Added (1). Ouh, btw. I used the same thumb on every fingerprint enroll.

New iPhone vs iPod for running?

I can't decide whether to get a newer iPhone with more GB storage for music or to just keep the one I have and get just the iPod. I'm wanting to use this for running and music. I currently have the iPhone 5 16GB, but with picture and a little music I'm full. How does the newer iPhones compare with battery life to the 5? My phone is constantly dead without me even using it throughout the day. Would the battery be okay to get the new phone or should I just get a ipod and only do music on it?

Okay so I don't really care I'm not going to give it back. It was in the parking lot just laying on the ground. It didn't have a pass code on it and the brand it AT&T. I just reset the phone and everything! I want to sell it. Can I?

My IPhone screen went black?

So, I've dropped my phone a couple of times and this time it turned black. My mom took it away and then when i got it back, it wouldn't turn on. I've tried 3 strategies charging it, holding the power button, and holding both the home button and the sleep button at the same time. They didn't work. And I can't try connecting it to itunes because my mac computer is out of date and it won't let me update itunes or update the computer itself. What do I do?

Added (1). I also know it still works because when i plug it in to charge it vibrates and also when i hold down the home button, voice control comes on. It is an iPhone 4g by the way if that's important.

Added (2). I also don't have a apple store near me. And my mom doesn't want to go through spending money on it if it is 'broken'

Ebay buyer claims item is not as described. I need advice?

I'm a new ebay seller. I just sold an factory unlocked iPhone on ebay several days ago. Without talking to me first, the buyer filed a claim saying that its not factory unlocked. I responded to the claim right away, sending him IMEI and request number(I requested AT&T to unlock my phone) so that he can check on AT&T website that AT&T approved my unlock request. I also uploaded a picture of the screen when iTunes said "Congratulations! Your iPhone has been unlocked"
Is it good enough to prove that I described the item properly? What else should I do in this situation?

IPhone 5s is iCloud locked?

So I've been looking at buying a new iPhone 5s and I've found a few cheap ones online. This one iPhone especially has very good reviews and is in good condition, but it says that it's iCloud locked. I wanted to know if restarting the iPhone will erase all of it's data including the iCloud that it's set to.
