Find my iphone account won't delete?

So i forgot my passcode on my iphone and in order to restore my phone i have to delete find my iphone. I DID delete it through icloud.com removed my phone and everything but itunes is STILL saying to delete find my iphone i don't know what do i'm so frustrated, I've transfered everything to my itunes acc, i can't clear my iphone through find my iphone because if i want to make a new acc if have to make it through my phone which i can't access. Please Help!

So i have iphone 4 it turned of during update installation and it won't turn back on it shows logo of itunes and when i connect it to pc itunes and restore it it still can't be updated and doesn't turn back on. So is there any one who know what i can do? And is my data all gone? Is there any way i can get them back?

My iphone 4s was stolen while it died, so it isn't on and I didn't have the find my iphone app or have any type of insurance on it since I just barely got it and didn't have the means to get it yet. I'm in a 2year contract with AT&T! I don't want to have to pay for a phone bill I no longer have! Is there any way I can just buy a new iphone and keep it on the same contract or something? Do I have to do the whole cancellation fee thing and all?

NOT ITUNES! I want another way apart from itunes, I have 3000 pictures I plugged my iphone into the laptop clicked on computer then my iphone and copied all the pics and pasted it onto documments. The pictures are deleted from my iphone, now I want to copy them from the documment to my iphone but when I copy and want to paste into my iphone photo album it won't give the option to paste. Is there anyway else I can do it? I can't obviously email cos I'm gonna have to do it one by one and there's 3000 pics so is there a way I can put all these pic on my iphone. Basically my iPhone 4s won't send or receive some messages from one particular contact. It will all be fine and then after a while my friend just won't get my messages, or I won't get his, and it's not down too bad signal.

I've looked on loads of forums to try and find a solution but so far they haven't been very helpful.

Has anyone else had a similar problem and managed to fix it? Or is my phone on the way out?
