Double vision when I look down suddenly?

For instance if I were to be looking at the board and look down at my iphone screen my vision suddenly looks doubled and it makes me a bit dizzy it only lasts for a few seconds

My iPhone is doing weird things (Error 21)?

So, my iPhone worked fine until a few days ago.
My battery was around 40-60 and I putted the phone gently into my pocket because I was going to my brothers room to game.
And when I came there, I took the phone gently out of my pocket but it was off and it wouldn't turn on.
When I putted in the charger, the iPhone logo appeared and it successfuly opened but I couldn't turn my Wi-Fi on & I couldn't listen to music also the battery seemed to be 100% but whenever I unplug it from the charger the iPhone immiaditly turned off, it only opens when I plug it in the iPhone.
First, I thought the problem was my brothers charger because I used it 4-5 times but that wasn't the problem because my brothers iPhone worked fine & also I tested it again with my own charger and I still had the same problem.
I read on the internet that it could be possibly a target of a virus in my phone also I don't think my PC is that clean because I'm sure I have something close to a virus on my PC.
So it said to hold the volume - & + button and the home button at once to put it in recovery mode or something (to delete the virus, I wanted to format it) and an iTunes logo showed up and it said your iPhone had a problem bla bla and they had to solve it, so I did it and it said error 3194 and I read on the internet that you can solve that problem by editing your hosts file, I edited it and I still have an error, error 21.

Iphone 5c water damaged but heats up when charging?

A few days ago I dropped my phone in the toilet. I immediately fished it out, lines flashed on the screen and then it turned itself off. I did not then try to charge or blow dry it. I immediately put it and a bag of rice and silica gel. I checked it 28 hours after by charging it and trying to turn it on. It heated up, but no luck. I then have now left it for 48 more hours, so a total of more than 3 days in the silica and rice and tried again. I left it charging for a long time but nothing. The phone is warm but not turning on, what does this mean, and is it a fixable problem? To the naked eye my liquid damage indicator definitely looks white, however when I shone a flashlight down the hole where it's located it ended up looking a bit red, but I don't know whether it is because of reflections or what. I've seen other people who have left their phone in water for a lot longer than mine, and then done the wrong things like hair dry it or try to charge it, and it still works. So why is mine not working?!

My my pictures folder isn't working correctly?

I have a Windows 7 which I've had for a couple of years, and mostly everything's been fine up until about a month or so ago.
I've been trying to sync the photos from my iPhone 4s, but it's come up with this error saying something like "windows photo viewer not available" or something along those lines. Anyway, I thought that it was a problem with my phone, but then I went onto my pictures folder, and as soon as I try to view - or even just tick a picture, it freezes for ages, and then it goes back to normal, but it happens every single time I try to do this. It's really irritating me, and I really need it back to normal. If anyone can help, I'd really appreciate it!

Iphone 5 was in the washing machine. Put it in rice and?

I left it over night in rice, then hooked it up a little while ago. It turns on and works. To a certain extent. If i touch some parts of a screen it won't work. If i leave it in rice for a couple days, do you think it'll draw all the moisture out and hopefully help out with the screen? I know there will be some quirks with thr phone, but i'm hoping i can at least text. Thanks!

Added (1). btw, i was able to send one text out. Then when i went to try again, it wouldnt let me click certain parts of the board. I'm wondering if once i picked it up, the moisture went down there?
