Okayy basically my dad said he will get me the iPhone 5S in the summer and I don't know what colour… I'm mainly thinking of getting gold or silver(my dad has black) so could you suggest a colour and back up your opinion please?

Well I have never updated and I do know that it won't delete your apps but I was wondering, if it will delete the stuff in the apps ;I have this app called music Download thats were i get all my music from and I'm afraid that if I update I might lose all my music INSTAGRAM @dinosaur_face BTW::-)
So when i try to record videos on Snapchat, the audio doesn't record. Yes my phone volume is up, yes i have my microphone on for snapchat. My phone is an Iphone 4

I'm scared because I just got this pone, and I know that windows laptops get virusus like that easily, is there a way to avoid it? -It is an iPhone 4s with iOS 7 installed.
Here is a problem I have came across
-The email for the original Apple account was not verified, therefore I can't disable "find my iPhone" under iCloud settings.
My question(s)
-What should I do to unlock this iPhone for my own use on my Sprint network?
-Do I need to get an iPhone Sprint SIM card to proceed?
-What is the easiest method for what I'm trying to accomplish?

So, after a huge malfunction that required Apple and Verizon to do something with my phone after the screen glitched out, I had a bunch of unread messages sent during that period. Can they be recovered? I'm already very annoyed all of my albums of photos, downloaded music (not from iTunes), game data and other messages were erased, and I wasn't able to back up to the cloud or iTunes before this. Is there a way to download the messages I never read/old messages I wanted to save without backup? Contacts, downloaded music and game data too? Pictures are imported to my computer, which isn't a problem though.
I'll sometimes get a notification saying I've received a snapchat but whenever I go to the app and try to view it, it doesn't show up in the feed. I've restarted my phone, logged out then logged back in, cleared the feed, and even redownloaded the app multiple times but this still continues to happen. Anybody know how to permanently solve this problem?
PS. I have an iPhone 5 and its running iOS 7.

A while back I dropped my phone in water and the Wi-Fi stopped working. It's updated to the most recent update, and I thought it was just because of the ios problems because I see a ton of people complaining about it. But the updates have done nothing and I've gone months without it.
I just would really like Wi-Fi because I paid four dollars for an app that won't download without it.
