Just to get this out there, I don't care if there's iPods or iPhones or smart phones or anything else that can handle this more efficiently or better. I've given up on Apple, I don't want a 3rd party MP3 player, and these are just the most convenient for me since I carry either/or with me everywhere. Which do you believe is the better MP3 Player overall? Personal experience is much appreciated, and thank you ahead of time.
Today I purchased my brand new iPhone 5s and have noticed a rattle which should not be there. It is from the Lock Button, and I have heard this is a common fault?
Should I take it straight back to an Apple store, or to O2 where I purchased it from for a free replacement?
If I was to take it back to Apple, would I need to wipe the phone first and if they provide me with a new one, will it simply mean placing my O2 sim card back in and restoring from back up?
Every time I enter the password (it's correct) it says that it is "Unable to join the network" and then shows my network. Does anyone else have this problem with iOS 7? What should I do?
I want a new phone however if I can't decide wether to use the 3 which had been waiting around for months, a 4a for free online or at a low price, or Nokia Lumina expensive but amazing so which one? Or should I stick with my keypad phone for another year? PS: I will use the keypad still but only if this phone breaks.

Yesterday I was playing about with my phone and when I pressed on the home button it literally stuck to my finger and pulled off, now it comes off whenever I touch it! I've had it for just over a year and I've dropped it at most twice In that year but it was months ago so it hadn't had any damaged since. Can I go to he apple store to get the button replaced or should I just replace the full phone?
I'm getting an iPhone 5c in a few days (a free upgrade from my non-smartphone) and I want to get a really good case for it. I've had two iPod Touches before (I'm now on my third, which is my brother's old one and the first model ever released, but it seems to be much stronger because I've dropped it too) and I always manage to drop it so that it falls on just the right spot and completely shatters the screen.
I'd really like for that not to happen with my new phone because like I said this is a free upgrade and there would be no way I could afford it otherwise. I definitely wouldn't have enough money to replace it and I'd really like to keep my phone from getting a nasty crack within a few weeks.
Does anyone know of a really good case (one of those that covers the screen, preferably) that would keep it from getting smashed? I'd rather that it wasn't incredibly bulky and if it came in clear that would be nice. I'd be willing to spend up to about $30 but less would definitely be nice.

I've heard that there's so many problems with it like very low battery life then before and sudden keyboard switches? Has anyone that upgraded faced these problems too?

Ok so I have had gta vice city on my iphone 4 for a while now and I noticed that the police respond but the paramedics and fire department never respond even if I set people on fire or kill tons of people they never work is it supposed to be like this or is there somthing wrong with it, and my iOS is all up to date if it makes any difference
