I downloaded the latest update, and in the middle of it, my phone shuts off. Now, whenever I turn it on it just says plug into itunes, and I can't do anything else. It says I need to restore to original factory settings and lose all my data, which I Really don't want to do. Does anyone know if there's a way to solve this so I don't have to lose all my data? Yes I have apples site and they only have one thread about it for the recent crash and it is unanswered.

I've watched Netflix just fine on this computer for about a year now with this internet speed and same company. I can watch it fine on my iPhone as well… Haven't changed any settings on my computer and in fact restored it to factory condition it was so annoying. Does anyone know what is going on?
I recently bought an iPhone 5s in november because my iPhone 4s was stolen. The other day my phone was dropped and the screen is shattered. I want to get it fixed or replaced but i was told i didn't have insurance or apple care on my phone when calling apple. I never even was asked if i wanted to get apple care on my phone. I thought it was already on there.
How late is it to get apple care on my phone? I really like to be covered in case stuff like this happens now I'm screwed and could be paying $269 for a new phone after 4 months there has to be something cheaper to fix a cracked phone its not like i lost it.

I have an iphone 5s that I bought from virgin mobile and I was wandering if I could some how use it with any other carrier. I know my iphone is CDMA and I was also wandering if I could use it with other CDMA carriers?
Is there some way I could unlock it, like through a jailbreak?
So I downloaded a movie on my iPhone 4S, and at first it was alright. So I closed it, and when I played it again it froze around every 5 seconds. It's strange since other videos like on Netflix and YouTube are perfectly fine. I tried shutting down my phone and restarting it, and closing the videos app.
Am unable to download and update apps on my iphone
So I accidentally deleted snapchat. The icons were shaking and I hit the X but a confirmation didn't pop up, it just disappeared! I went to the App Store to download it again and it just says open. I still get notifications and after I opened it I can get back to it the apps opened spot but the shortcut is gone!
