How to sync two computers with iTunes?

On my laptop, I have iTunes and I use it to sync my iPod and iPhone's music, it's taken me a long time and money to collect my music library. My sister also has a laptop and recently got an iPod for her birthday. I want to have the same music I have in my iTunes library on my sisters laptop. But when I downloaded iTunes to my sisters laptop, I couldn't find an option to sync two computers, how do I make my laptop and my sisters laptop have the same library all the time wirelessly and hence be able to sync my iPhone, iPod and my sisters iPod with either my or my sisters laptop.

Activation Lock on iPhone 5- what does it have to do with factory unlock?

I'm planning to unlock my iphone 5c. I'm going to use ebay to unlock it because it's cheap. The link above has said something about the activation lock. I know my iCloud password and all but I don't get his explanation on having iCloud off before upgrading to ios7.

I can't watch videos on my iPhone 4S?

I can't seem to watch videos on my iPhone. When I try to watch a video on YouTube for example it just says 'playback error tap to retry'. None of the videos I watch load, I have this problem general videos on the internet, not only on YouTube and also on Instagram.

So far I have tried resetting my network settings and rebooting my phone but nothing seems to work. I don't know what could be the problem.

Starting to wonder If I have a fake iPhone 4?

I just noticed a few minutes ago that I have about 100 NEW contacts on my contacts list on my iPhone. They just came out of nowhere, I don't even know these people and I've never seen them in my life. Some of my old contacts are deleted too. I did some research about jailbreaking your Apple device, and I did it myself, using evasi0n. It said that we can get paid apps without paying, I know it's illegal, but I think it doesn't work. It has Cydia, but when I try to download it, it just asks to sign in to my iTunes store using my apple Id, I login and asks for payment info.
