I've recently brought a new laptop and i'm trying to backup my iphone 5 to the latest version of itunes. A lot of my music hasn't copied. The only music that has been backed up is the songs i've purchased from the itunes store. Is there any way that i could back up all of my music and ready made playlists to my itunes
I have a school email address that uses google apps, but is not a "@gmail.com," it has the external client. How do I register this with the iPhone? I want to be able to see my google calendar on my phone, but with a address that is through gmail, but NOT @gmail.com.

I have been thinking about breaking my Nokia tradition and trying an iPhone - the number of free apps appeals and their ability to do almost everything. However, I have concerns. Firstly, battery life isn't great anyway and the fact you can't remove the back and swap it for a new one means that I'd need to buy a refurbished second hand (looking 4S) model, which is getting on for nearly £180.00-£200.00 on the likes of eBay. Also I'm worried that with iPhones being replaced every 12 months, that in 2 1/2 years or so my 4S would be completely obsolete.
Can anyone cast any advice on buying iPhones at the price I'm looking at paying? I don't think I want to pay the extra for an iPhone 5, but if you think I should, say and justify why.
Or… What other phones can I get for the money (I've not a problem with good quality second-hand). I've got a Nokia 5230 which is almost dead and have had lots of Nokias but I have heard bad reports about the Lumia range (any thoughts?). I've no problem with Android. My main wants in a phone are
-ok camera
-calls
-texts
-facebook/twitter
-email (preferably an app for Gmail - I know the iPhone has one, do any others?)

I have a iphone 3 and everytime i text play you tube the phone turns off. I have turned all the internet
off to save battery. It is only 16gb and I have loads off apps and maybe it would be worth removing
some as that would help with. Is it the battery maybe it needs replacing or i could need a different charger. When you put in in to charge its on fourty percent wthf. I need my phone for everyday use. Does this happen to any one else?
I'm asking this because I want to know where my teacher lives because I have a feeling that she and my brother have a relationship and I want to know he is 17 and I'm 19 I just want him to be careful if he is. I can't follow him because we only have one car in the house and I to make I want to use a lost my iphone app on my phone to track if the teacher location matches any help? I
How do I clean the official iPhone 5S cases if they became dirty? Can I use alcohol pads? Or will that remove the color?

Alright so I have an iPhone 4S and summer 2013 I used my PC to put an album of photos on my phone through iTunes that I thought looked cool. Now I absolutely despise these pictures but I can't delete them because they were from the computer and that computer has basically been destroyed, and I have a macbook now. Is there any way for me to delete them?

I just started building my credit and I thought everything was going good since I've been paying my CC bills on time and in full. I did a credit report and apparently I'm in collections for an unpaid phone bill, a bill I was never even aware of. I had a T Mobile account with me and my mom on the account, I had switched to AT&T and left just my mom on the T-Mobile account then my mom decided to get an iPhone when T-Mobile first got them, so I paid what I thought was her last bill so she could switch to the iPhone but apparently there was some hidden fees for switching plans that I was never billed for and nobody contacted me to pay this and now I'm in collections. It's only 94$ and I'll gladly pay it right now because I'm really trying to build good credit but will it make a difference on my score?
I have an iPhone 5, and on occasion, I like to listen to videos from Youtube on it while the screen is off. But recently, I've found a problem- sometimes, the ability for my iPhone to play Youtube videos when the screen is off… Breaks, for lack of a better word. When this happens and I turn the screen off and on again while a video is playing, the icons to play and skip forward or backward appear on screen like usual. They all work, and the tracking bar and timers at the top of the screen both count down as if the video were playing, but no sound comes out of the phone, either through headphones or through the speaker. And when I unlock the phone, the video is usually always at the same spot where it was when I locked it. Also, if I unplug my headphones from the jack, the video continues to "play," whereas the phone would immediately pause anywhere else.
Occasionally, this problem happens at random, but it usually happens whenever a Youtube video fails to load properly (i.e., when the tracking bar is replaced by "Loading…" and whatever was on the screen is replaced by the Quicktime logo), and is always preceded by a long fadeout of the sound (usually lasting around one second), where the sound would normally abruptly cut off when I lock the screen. And when it happens, the only way to fix it is to turn the phone off and on again- reloading the Youtube page doesn't work, and neither does closing and reopening it.
So my question is, is there a way to fix this problem without having to turn my iPhone all the way off and on again.
Added (1). Also, to clarify, I don't use the Youtube app. I use youtube through Safari. And like I said, it usually works. I just want to know if there's a fix for my particular issue. Well, an easier fix.
