Someone stole my iphone 5s?

It got stolen this past weekend at a concert in San Bernardino, and I live in OC. So someone grabbed it out of my pocket and I didn't see who it was. I tried using FIND MY IPHONE but it says my cellular data was off, and i have a password on it. I accidently removed MY DEVICE. I went to apple, since i have Apple care and they said they couldnt do anything about it i was so pissed. Also i contacted virgin mobile and they couldnt do anything. Is there any way i can track it or get it back or is it gone forever? I have the box and serial numbers but i want to at least make sure who ever stole it can never use it as a phone. Please no rude comments, this phone meant alot to me.

Is it worth updating to the new iOS 7?

I currently have the iOS 6 on my iPhone 5 and I just recently got an update on a new iOS 7.0.6 today. I also found out that the 7.1 might be coming out in mid March. Is it worth upgrading now, wait until the next one comes out, or is it best staying with the iOS 6? I've done lots of research and I have read good and bad reviews, people hate and people love it. I still like with the iOS 6, but I was wondering if the iOS 7 is worth upgrading, if it's all cracked up to be.

Where can I find a cute water proof/ protective iPhone case thats cheap?

I have been looking for a better iPhone case, thats cheap. I want one that protects my phone but is stylish. Both water proof, because I swim a lot and I don't want it to get wet, and protective because I drop my phone a lot. I currently have an iPhone protective case that has zebra print on the back. The problem is there are "barriers" or something on the screen instead of the screen being flat. Thats a big pet peeve I have. The screen has to be flat. Haha.
I can't find a cute protective/water proof cheap anywhere. I looked on estay, the cases were cute, but I didn't want to waste my money on something that says its waterproof and it ends up breaking my phone. It didn't look waterproof or it would protect my phone.
So where can I find a case in my standards thats cheap?

IPhone 5S Space Grey or Gold? - 1

I'm getting an iPhone 5S and I'm torn between the Space Grey and Gold colors… The gold just looks so preppy and girly(like me), but the Space Grey looks so classy and like ughh i don't know but I really like them both so… Help?
