PayPal URGENT Help trust or scam?

So, I'm selling my iPhone to this "Jason More" guy on the internet. And he said he already paid but the money is on hold. I asked and he said that I have to ship off the phone first, get back to their Customer Care Email Address for the shipment scan receipt for verification to get credit on my account, because it's their New PayPal Policy. Is this true? Heres the Customer Care email address:

Can someone convince me to jailbreak my iphone 5c? I got it for Christmas and I'm afraid that I will mess it up.

At school, we need to make a professional music video in eighth grade (I'm in 7th) I've already started thinking about this and got really excited. My group will probably be 4 or 5 friends depending on what my teachers concept of groups is (friends choose or she picks)
