It was all okay until this afternoon. The Wi-Fi on my iphone is somehow not connected to internet although it shows a strong signal. I thought it will be alright in a while but it has been hours. I have tried unplugging my internet (device/Modem) and have tried restarting my phone but it's the same. I posted this through my PC and it's working just fine here.
Hi, I recently moved from an iPhone to a galaxy s3 and now all my friends can't message me because it goes through as an iMessage I can send them a message but not the other way round, they want to keep the iMessage turned on for other people in their contacts who have iPhone does anyone have any idea in how to make so I can receive their messages in green instead of the blue iMessage. I know how to turn off in settings but that's not what I'm asking cheers
A member of a friends family has taken it upon themselves to google my home and work address and find my phone number and are now sending me harassing texts in relation to a matter which doesn't concern me at all.
I live with the friend and her family member seem's to think I have control over something which i have no involvement in whatsoever.
This family member has now been texting me on and off for two weeks claiming that their going to report me to police, turn up at my home and work place, saying to stop giving them bull**** because i'm not responding to their messages. Its starting to get too much now, my friend has told them it has nothing to do with me, to stop contacting me, that i'm not going to reply to them and if they continue i'll not only change my number but report them to the police. Their answer to this - another text saying 'report me to the police - i'll make up all sorts about you' and 'change your number i still know where you live' They have even demanded me to prove things such as how i brought my car and pay my rent!
I'm reluctant to report them as I don't want to cause my friend more problems but at the same time, this person seem's to think they're invincible - when my friend told them i would report them their answer was 'tell her to - they can't do anything to me'
I really can't cope with this anymore, i feel that if i do block them/change my number its just going to make things worse and this will likely incur them turning up at my house. I'm now at my wits end as to how to stop this person harassing and threatening me, they are nearly 30 years older than me and its just ridiculous. I've researched online and found that obviously i can report them and if they continue they will be taken to court but to be honest i don't want things to go that far considering i've actually done nothing at all to warrant this.
I have a iPhone but if i do the 'block caller' option it still allows them to send text and try to call me, its just i don't receive any messages or missed calls so i feel this will make things worse!
I have an iPhone 5c of iOS 7. Whenever any phone in the world calls me, only and only 'unknown' displays on the screen and no number is shown while the phone is ringing. When I miss a call from someone, the notification comes, I see it and again only unknown and no phone number. And what's worse! I can't call that number back! I tap on that unknown bar, it darkens and again turns white! Duh! It is getting on my nerves! And same happens with the number which are already saved in my contacts! Please please please help me! There's no such option in the settings as well to fix it…
I'm a guy and just turned 19.
Just got a best buy gift card tonight and was thinking what to get.
With the budget I have, I have an option of getting a PS4 or getting an upgrade to my Civic coupe's sound system.
Since I already have a PS3, I was thinking would PS4 really be a bigger upgrade because I don't really want to get a PS4 at this moment if it's not a big upgrade and i'm surely comfortable to sticking to my PC and PS3 gaming for a while.
If I go with the PS4, then I'll have to get 2-3 new games.
I bought a preowned '08 civic coupe LX a few months ago, and the Aux and CD function has not been working since then. I've been bored by listening to radio all the time and was thinking this might be a good upgrade since I'll be getting a new car stereo receiver, new car speakers, amplifiers, and subwoofer setup which all together is $410 something.
But I'll get bestbuy to install it which will cost $230 for the whole setup or I could look for cheaper alternatives.
Or I could just get my current car stereo receiver fixed for <$100 and get the PS4 or something else.
What other options do you suggest?
I'm a 19yr old guy, have a $500-600 budget.
I already have a gaming PC, PS3, iPhone etc so don't suggest any of that. But I prefer electronic stuff.

I have an upgrade with At&t Next and my iPhone 5 screen cracked. I can pay around $50 to get my 5 fixed by one of my friends and wait for the 6 next year. Or should I just use my upgrade for a new 5s?
My one year warrantee still works for my iPhone 4S and I was wondering if they would need to see a receipt or something? Is it easy as just calling them, explaining that my phone is defective because my Wi-Fi does not work and the option to use Wi-Fi is greyed out and they check the serial number or something and see that I'm good and I send my phone in and bam they fix it?

You know any places I can get a 5c of that case OR 2. If there's ANY way I can get that case to fit my silly phone.
I've noticed that my iPhone 5 (well, all 5s) charge considerably fast like within an hour or a little over. My relative asked if I can charge her 5 so I did but it didn't seem to charge it as efficiently, nor seem like it charged at all and after a couple hours it went only from 5% to 19% so I thought the charger was like declining in terms of usage. But now I plug in my 5 again and it shows that it's charging but it's taking noticeably longer to charge my 5 and was only about halfway charged after an hour. Does the cable get affected if you charge several different phone through it? Will I need to get it replaced? And has it technically really broke because of what I did?
