I'm in the process of making an iPhone case, and it's asking if I want a matte finish or a glossy finish. What's the difference? Which one would make for a better case? The matte finish is more expensive, so does that mean it's more durable and a better case for my phone?

I recently jailbroke my iphone 4s with ios7 a few days ago but for some reason some of my apps that i downloaded from the app store won't open they just freeze for a couple seconds and then close is there a way to fix this or will i have to restore the iphone and jailbreak it again?
