I dropped my iPhone in the snow for about 10 seconds and I think some water might have seeped under the screen because there's a weird mark under the screen. I went to call my mom after I had put it in rice for about an hour, and it started flashing red, blue and green stripes on the screen. It won't turn off and the battery won't run out. How do I fix it? Can I?

yesterday Instagram was glitching out, so i deleted it
when i went to the app store, and searched for instagram, it said "unable to connect to app store"
this was yesterday afternoon, it is still not working!
everything else is working fine
i have Wi-Fi at my house and it says it actavated and its working
but app store isn't working!
i need instagram
how do i get it too work!
Any new iPhone 5s owner will want to protect their device to keep it from getting damaged. There are many ways of doing this, from purchasing sturdy casing, to protecting the display with films… And just general overall use tips (never leave the device sitting around, pocket it or put down somewhere safe, etc.)
But what sort of tips do you have for keeping your device blemish-free?! Are there any 'tips' or actual products that you use? And do you have any horror stories where a device was damaged or flat-out destroyed (i.e. Ran over by a car!)?
Would love to hear everyone's take on this.
Like no broken screen like fully functional phone, do you guys think i can get it for 300$?
The screen is black and it still works. It died and the screen popped up the charger thing. I let it charge then it turn on and the screen worked for about 3 minutes then we black again and won't show up once again. Any ideas?
I'm trying wait for iPhone 6, however, my iPhone 4's battery is starting have problem with battery.
I checked for update, no more but stuck on iOS 7.0.4.
Should I go ahead to get iPhone 5s or find way to keep wait for iPhone 6?

Well… I'm no amateur when it comes to iPhones but this problem really has me stumped. I bought this phone and replaced the screen, the person i bought it off of couldnt remember the passcode so its disabled. I've tried putting it in dfu mode, recovery mode, etc. Still nothing. If i turn it off and leave it plugged in itll charge. I also put in a new charging port because i thought that was the problem. So i can't do anything with this phone… Any ideas?

I have an iphone 4 (Verizon) with ios 6 i connected it with itunes and made a backup, then i connected my other iphone 4 (AT&T) ios 7.0 and clicked on the restore button from itunes. If i restore it with the backup point i made with the verizon device would it downgrade to ios 6 or completely mess up everything?
I have a brand new HTC One with Verizon which has had some wired reception issues. It works fine but the 4G LTE icon pops up on the screen for no reason from time to time, or when the mobile data is OFF, I could still have access to the My Verizon app and do all kinda things, which is very strange.
I wanted to try another device and now, Verizon is making an "exception" for me and is giving me two options (I'm beyond the 14-day window btw). Option one: replace this phone with a refurbished iPhone 5S for the same price, Option two: get a new iPhone 5S and pay the difference. My HTC One was basically free so I would have to pay sth like $200 for an iPhone. Let's say I want to choose one of these options. Could you let me know me the pros and cons of each and which one would you choose?
