Dropped my iphone 4s in snow - 1

So I was getting out the car when my iphone 4s fell out of my coat pocket. I picked it up and wiped all the snow off ran inside and dried and rubbed it with a paper towel then played a song and speakers were all muffled and not loud at all. Then stupidly i listened to my sister and charged for about 5 minutes and my dad told me don't and to turn it off and put in rice. So I did and now an hour later it randomly turned on and virbrated I was like what the heck? Checked it out tried playing a song but now the sound and speakers don't work at all. It won't let me turn up or down the volume. Now everytime I turn it off it turns back on right away?! Is it shortening out?
Is my phone gonna be ok? I have insurance for it with Cricket but I don't know if I can get a new one/ Please help and tell me what to do I'm freaking out!

I'm confused, I tried syncing pictures and iTunes kept on telling me that my previous synced pictures had to be removed why can't I keep adding pictures?

How to download songs onto my iPhone?

I've had no problems before but now all of a sudden the songs just won't download fully. The songs have like a loading symbol next to them. I have a fair bit more space on my phone

Can't download iTunes on my Computer! Error message

I've already uninstalled iTunes and tried to reinstall.
I have a dell windows 7 computer.
I want to be able to put my music from my computer to my iTunes so that I have all my music on my iPhone 5

Error says:

TRANSFER MUSIC FROM MY IPHONE ONTO MY ITUNES?

Okay so my laptop broke and I got a new one and downloaded itunes again and have been trying to put music from my iphone onto the new itunes. I have searched the internet for literally weeks and can't find a way apart from downloading software which only lets you transfer like 50 songs and then you have to waste like $30 for the full version (which Is a waste of money). There has got to be a way that I can put my 1,000+ songs from my iphone onto itunes… I have windows 8 too (which is very annoying and hard to get the hang of) but thank you in advance, I have been trying for weeks!

Will all iphone 4s be forced to use ios 7?

I have an iphone 4s and still have the ios 6. I don't want the ios 7 because i hate it more than i hated my cadillac deville.

Switching back to an iPhone?

Okay first off please do not think I'm some spoiled brat! But I'm 14 and I've had an iPhone 4s since last Christmas I wanted a bigger phone so this Christmas my parents bought me the Samsung Galaxy Note 2. I've had it for about a month and I really don't like it. I miss my iPhone I like the operating system and big phones just aren't for me. I thought I was going to like how big this phone is but I've decided that I like the iPhone size. I miss FaceTime and Siri and all the things that iPhone have to offer that Samsung has tried to do but haven't come out the way apples are. I have the money to get myself and iPhone 5c but I'm just not sure if my parents would allow me to because I just got this phone. Should I switch back to an iPhone or stick with the phone that I have now? Please no rude or mean answers. Plus how would I convince my parents to let me get an iPhone again.
