My Iphone keeps asking me to verify payment on a free app?

I downloaded the facebook app on my phone with no problem but when I try to download Twitter onto my phone it keeps saying "press continue to verify payment" and when I press continue nothing happens…

its the free twitter app so I don't know why its even asking for something like this…

I play guitar and ukelele but I don't need new ones. I don't really like clothes shopping and hate when people give me bath/shower stuff and don't want to go to the spa. I accidentally dropped my iphone 4 in yogurt and now it won't charge?

Ok so I have an iphone 4 and I accidentally dropped it in my yogurt and the yogurt got all in the charging port so i tried dabbing it with a napkin and scraping it with a toothpick to get it all out but I guess there's some dry yogurt that I can't get to because now my phone is dead and it won't charge… I don't have the warranty anymore so I really need help!
