It's only on messaging… Like whatsapp is fine but the actual message thing like when I click send. It takes like 3 mins to actually be sent. Then normal to actually send send.
It froze a couple of times I turned it off and on and it's still happening
I tried everything. From resetting, closing all apps, and brightness. Is there something wrong?

I have an iPhone 4s with IOS 7 on it, when I go to my music and select a song there's a cloud on it and when I try to listen to the song it does not play. Do I have to re download them and pay again?

I'm on a verizon share everything plan, and my iphone was recently stolen. The upgrade on my account isn't for another six months, so my only option is to get a phone unlocked and pay upwards of 500 dollars. But if I added a line to the family plan, then terminated the line with the stolen iphone and payed the ETF, would there be any sort of penalty? Could I do that at all?
