Say I have an issue with my iphone, i go to apple to get myself a replacement phone. I have an iPhone 5c, this is my second replacement for this phone and it seems to lie in the color, even the display 5c of this color in store has the issue. Is it possible to get the replacement in a new color?

Normally I would just take out the card, put it in the machine and print. BUT IPHONE doesn't have one to take out. So how do I go about this?
I have an iPhone 4S and I'm on level 50 of the regular levels, but I can't get the night levels where you have to balance the owl! I made sure the app was updated and I have iOS 7 and everything but I just can't get the levels!

My girlfriend keeps sending me one message text or emotionless ones. I Don't want to talk to her about it because I don't want to lose her because of my insecuritys again. But its just feels different. I mean there's days when she sends me normal ones when I do something for her like buy her an iphone, bring her lunch, and other things. Then there's days when I'm too busy at work and can't do something nice for her and she like ignores me.
So, I've been jail breaking since around iOS 4, so usually when i have these problems i don't think much of it. Simply reboot into safe mode, and uninstall the tweak that caused the error. But this is a new situation to me… I installed a tweak called "ICaughtU Pro" which i know now is not supported by my iPhone. Anyway, Ever since i jail broke my phone, it has done an odd thing while turning on, It will turn on in a Semi-Booted mode, so most Mobile Substrate addons, are disabled. It will remain in this state for about 10 seconds, and then resprings by itself, booting into normal, good mode. Anyway, it boots up fine, in its Semi-mode, then resprings, and never turns on. It goes in the standard circle spinning logo, Apple logo, then just a backlit screen, and that same thing over and over. I turned it off, tried booting into safe mode, nothing happened.

My brother complains All THE TIME because I have an iPhone and he doesn't. He used to, but he got a LifeProof case for it and took it into the pool too much so now it doesn't work and he's stuck with a basic phone. He also complains about me having my own xbox 360 but he has one even though it's older. We also have an xbox one but he still doesn't care and won't stop complaining.

i placed bids on both and won them, little to my knowledge was the small bits at the bottom (read them), i used my iphone on the ebay app and because of the writing being so far down the page i didn't see it, the sellers are claiming that for these items, that i feel were mislisted, they are just sending photos. My question is what can i do and how? Where do i stand, i have spent over £300, and my worry is because of the items being virtual, i will receive no compensation from buyer protection, what shall i do. I can't be giving £300 pound away, please help!
First, my phone had a couple cracks, not too major, and like 2 drops of water went onto it, as soon as it happened i dried it quickly. After a couple of seconds the flash on the back turned on out of nowhere, that's when my phone died. I thought it was a glitch or something but when i charged it the screen turned on and so did the flash. After a while the flash turned off mysteriously and the touch screen isn't working, it won't slide to open my phone. Is there something i need to do, like put it in a bag of rice or something? Or is it too late. It happened last night.
It seems as though I look awful on pictures that are taken on something like an iPhone but I look ok on pictures taken on high quality HD cameras. Which one gives you a more real-life image of yourself? Or do we generally just look better in real life anyway?
