How to delete all of the music on my iPhone 4s but not on iTunes?

With the new iOS7, I can't delete songs off of my phone they just aren't downloaded and they will have to load every time I play them. Along with that, I can't delete or un-download all of them at once (to do that, I have to "delete" each one singularly). The reasoning behind this is that I use a different app for music now and because I can't delete the music app, it takes up about 5.6 GB on my phone and I'm running out of space. A lot of it is music that isn't even mine and now it gets to the point where I can't even take pictures because the storage space is gone. Please help. All I want to do is delete the music app in general or completely delete all of the music in that app.

Does a smart TV need an ethernet connection?

I might be buying a smart TV and i wanted to know if i need to hookup a router to it or if it can just do that wirelessly (like an iPod, iPhone, iPad). This might be a dealbreaker for me because its going to be in a room thats very far from where my computer is.

So i have an iPhone 4S that is still on iOS 6.1.3, is it possible to jailbreak it? Even a tethered jailbreak?
