Are there difference between iPhone in American and iPhones in England? I recently saw a picture that someone posted on Instagram (they live in England) 'm not sure which iPhone it was I think It was the iPhone 5 and it look like there's 2 headphone jacks on the bottom on the phone…

Okay i get many compliments on my voice and when i sing, not meaning to sound conceited or braggy, i think i have a very pretty voice. But when i record myself, i think i sound awful. Is a recording taken on an iphone accurate to what your voice sounds like?

I got my phone around march 25.It's an iPhone 4S, black, it has a very small crack on the top right corner and the camera acts funny. The first few das the camera was okay hit then starts gettig a bunch of lines everywhere. A few days later it won't wen open. Until this day it still doesn't work. I tried everything I possibly can. How can I get the camera workin again? (Btw my back camera works fine. So does the flash)
Please help me! I can't stop looking at the computer and when I don't have a computer, my phone or ipad is out and I'm using it! Every night I stay up until 3am on the computer or ipad or iphone. I try to stop but I can't! Also when I have homework on the computer, I end up doing anything but my homework! I stay up until midnight or 1am on school nights!
I recently bought an iPad mini and I tried downloading an app that was already on my iphone called blitz brigade. The download was a success, but it didn't have the data I had on my iphone. Is there to have this app have the same data on both my devices? Btw sorry if this is worded weird.

I got it for Christmas, and I put in my dresser drawer immediately upon receiving the gift in an effort to ensure that the government does not have photos or other digital media that shows my household or my illegal activity. I crammed in the drawer because I know if I pull it out, the government will be able to see inside my house. Also, if I don't get the drawer completely closed, the government can see out the crack, and I'm not sure if they can actually see through the wooden drawer utilizing a form of governmental technology. I'm not sure if I should get a reinforcing case that disables the government's sonar or X-ray vision implemented into the device. However, one of my big fears lies with the fact that the government can still listen in on my conversations and other noise made in our house. Also, I'm fully aware of the lock screen which can optionally require your fingerprint to unlock the phone. The NSA is clearly building a database of fingerprints in order to undermine the common American. Is there any way to fully disable these government implementations WITHOUT THE GOVERNMENT KNOWING I disabled the programs? I'm afraid if the government knows I'm trying to disable the secret monitoring technology implemented on this device, the CIA or FBI may come knocking on my door. Should I just destroy the device? Any help is appreciated.
So I bought an iPhone 4 from a friend of mine and I'm wanting to unlock it so I can hook it up through a different carrier, are there any free ways of doing this? Please and thank you!
