Why is this happening to my iPhone 5s?

Sometimes when I'm in the messaging tap it will freeze. It will stay like that for about a min then continue to work like it did. This only happens while in my messaging tab.

So I'm 1 13 year old girl and my mom recently asked me for my christms list. I started thinking about it ans realized that i pretty much have everything i want. I have an iphone, a northface, a bunch of clothes, i don't really wear make up, i have art stuff, volleyball stuff, etc. I can't really think of anything i actually want. Any ideas?

Why do kids have iPhones, iPods and iPads?

My wife has three little cousins. One is 12 he has an iPad mini his brother is 6 he has a tablet. And her other cousin who's 7 has an iPod touch. I don't get why so many little kids these days have iPhones and iPads and iPods. When I was there age we didn't have any of that. We didn't even have a computer in my house until I was a teenager. I'm 42 I have an iPhone now my wife has an iPod. Even celebrties give their kids iPhones and iPads. I don't get why kids have this stuff when they can just get up and play on the computer. It has a lot of the same stuff. Why do little kids have iPhones, iPods and iPads and tablets?

Can you trade Pokemon from an Emerald ROM to a DS game?

I have an Emerald ROM on my iPhone. Is there a way to get the Pokemon from it onto a legitimate copy of a DS game? I have Diamond, Platinum, HG, Black, and Black 2. I'm guessing I would have to use Diamond or Platinum

My iphone 4s is stuck on a black screen?

Six hours ago my phone froze on my text messages page. This has happened to me before and I know typically the solution is a hard reset but I recently broke my lock button (it doesn't work at all) and so I just had to let it die. It was at like 60%. Siri was still working so I told siri to call my friend to help the battery run out faster. My friend accidentally hung up because he forgot we were on call and he locked his phone, and after he hung up the screen went black. I did this around 30% which was like four hours ago. Siri was still working so I figured I would just keep checking to see if it was dead by pressing the home button and listening for the noises siri makes. But it's been literally four hours. I don't understand how the battery isn't dead? This is beyond frustrating. I really don't want to put it into DFU mode. I just want to know basically if my phone is doomed (I've had it a year and a half) or if I just need to be more patient and wait for it to die.

Okay so i probably sound dumb af right now but yeah. And so i put it in rice but its weird because i'm still getting all my calls & notifications so its like on but not? Do you think this is a bad sign? I just put it in about an hour ago. Oh & it was only in the water for around 5-10 seconds.
