Every time I try to download an app it says unable to download at this time or something like that. Instagram wasn't working so I deleted. I thought it wuz my phone so I reset the whole thing. I lost my pictures & apps & I can't download nothing at all…
I want to record those videos like if you have an apple computer and it comes with photo booth and you get all those weird affects and you can either take a picture or record a video. Are there any free apps that do this?

Okay, my iphone said 'let iphone cool down before using. Its very old but it was well taken care of. My mom turned it off and it will not come back on! Has this happened to anyone? Will it come back on? Did my mom mess it up when she turned it off? I didn't even have it for a week! Please help me! I took great care of it. Never let it die or dropped it. I charged it every night. The charger said 'phone accessory may not be supported' could that be the problem? (the phone has ios7)

Since I've downloaded that new twitter update a few days ago it shows that red exclamation mark next to my twitter app on my iPhone whenever somebody favourites my tweet… And I hate it! Does anybody know how to get rid of it? I've tried farting around with the notification settings but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?
I know to go to archievments and change them. But all that comes up when I go to text view in achievements are codes. No numbers or anything just codes… What do I do. All other people I see on YouTube have it English and easy.
