Please help! Two days ago my iPhone 4s will no longer connect to any Wi-Fi or router. It will not connect to my work or home Wi-Fi. I have not tried to connect anywhere else.
I have tried turning the phone off, resetting the router, toggling Wi-Fi, "ask to join networks", cellular, airplane mode etc. I have tried every configuration on the phone.
"CHOOSE A NETWORK" doesn't find any networks and only says, "Other…". If you click on "Other" it takes me to the screen where you have to enter a Network Name, Security, etc. When it is looking for a Wi-Fi connection it seems to spin out and then stop, but no networks appear.
This is a brand new company iPhone 4s running iOS 7, on Sprint Network that is less than a year old that will not connect to Wi-Fi. Is there a manufacturer's warranty on this?
I have read that the iPhone 4s stops connecting to Wi-Fi sometimes and there may not be a fix, or that it would cost so much, I should get a new phone.
If I can find a fix before I have to go to my boss and tell him, that would be amazing!
I have attached a screenshot.
