When I download videos from other sites or videos from the camera on my iphone, they download to the computer and the files themselves look like pieces of paper with a QuickTime logo on them. However, I can't watch the videos on QuickTime or on Windows Live Movie Maker because I get some errors. The error code on QuickTime is 8971, and I'm unable to play the video. What can I do?
Sorry I posted it twice it was in the wrong category. Since I updated my phone battery has been draining so fast, I really do hate ios 7 I wish I could downgrade I would buy a brand new phone so I won't be stuck with this. But I don't know if it would already be updated. Anyways I've closed all my running apps except safari because I'm using it right now and when I charge my phone I close all my apps and my brightness is as dull as it can get. I let my phone die all the way then charge it to 100% but it still dies fast my phones on 17% right now and I unplugged it at 2 something and it's 5:42 at this moment so it's been about 4 hours if you round it. I've tried a app but it made no difference at all! If I buy a brand new one and give this one to somebody will it have iOS 6? If it does I'll probably get it off amazon this time, btw it's iphone 4:) also is iphone 4 or 4S better because I might get 4S if it does have ios 6

I bought it on iTunes a really long time ago and I can't delete it no matter what I try… I've even tried restoring my phone to get rid of it and switched computers to a different itune but its not even in my itunes library… Normally I really wouldn't care but everytime I plug my phone into my car radio it plays the song unless I go on my phone and pick a song. Everytime. It does it if I press next on my radio too or sometimes it just skips and starts playing it. Its like a freaking ghost song no joke. Can anyone help?

The silent button works on the side like I can feel it vibrate: when I use the up and down volume buttons nothing comes up. When I go on my songs the volume bar is there but there's no volume button to scroll with and when I go on YouTube no sounds come, I dropped my phone and think it maybe I dropped it near there. Any help?
I have a vauxhall corsa 07 (the newer version of that year) and have seen on the stereo dashboard that there's an option for MP3 player but I can't figure out how to connect my iphone to play music through the car speakers.
Does anyone know if there's an aux port or another way to connect my phone through a wire?
