How to connect to my Wi-Fi network? (NOT A NORMAL PROBLEM)?

My brother decided to be mean and made it so that my iPhone and my laptop isn't able to use the internet. When I turn my Wi-Fi on it shows me all of the bars and says that it's connected but when I try to use the internet it doesn't work. I need to know how to get into the system and change this.

Bought my dad a Duracell power mat with 3 hot spots and a case for his iphone. Now i don't need to bring a charger with me when i visit my parent, since my s3 has a qi enabled back on it. Now. My mom has a droid razr m. Is there a way i can make her phone work on the same mat? Would be awesome to get a 2 birds 1 stone Christmas since I'm broke. I know that the 24 hour power system comes with a universal adapter, but you still ened to plug it in, I would prefer to find a case that she can just toss on there and be charging.

A cheaper way to fix cracked back of iPhone?

I recently cracked the back of my iPhone. It's practically shattered, and I had to tape it up to help with the loose glass. I found some back housing replacements on Amazon. I'm just asking if this is easy to do, for I'm not good at this kind of stuff and just want to fix my iphone.
