Why does iTunes not sync a ringtone to my iPhone 4s?

So i have a Ringtone that ai want to sync to my iPhone and when i do it says, "Skrillex - WEEKENDS! (feat. Sirah)" was not copied to the iPhone "--- iPhone" because it could not be found. But when i go to tones and listen to it, it doesn't say the message that the song could not be found.

Just a question out of curiosity, I won't do it but I want to know if it's possible. Can I change everything from the inside of my iPhone 4S AT&T to my iPhone 5 AT&T? Change everything including the memory with all my pictures. It would pretty much change everything to the other phone.
