Which iPhone 5 case do you prefer?

In Otterbox's cases, which of these 2 do you prefer or would you buy for an iPhone 5: Otterbox Reflex series or Otterbox Commuter? If you choose the Commuter series, how do you clean the Apple logo as it doesn't have cover? Does dust accumulate inside that part of the case? Also, by not having a cover on the back, does the weather affect the iPhone material?

How to COMPLETELY RESET iPhone 5 with no iTunes?

Okay, so I found an iPhone 5 recently, in somewhere you won't believe… The garbage. It's really beat up, but still functional. I saw it when I was taking the trash out, only to find it's disabled and the lock button doesn't work so I can't reset it from iTunes. Is there any way around this or should I just put it back where I found it?

I updated by iphone 4 last night to ios 7 and it keeps asking me to agree to the icloud terms and conditions but when I try to it says "unable to connect to server". How do I connect my icloud again? Just bought a new phone on ebay. It said it was a verizon phone, my carrier is verizon. I looked online and i only saw directions on how to activate a used iphone. Are you able to activate a new one without going to the verizon store?

My iPhone 4 is dead! What to do?

Recently my iPhone 4 has been experiencing failure. The power button was no longer working, so I activated assistive touch in settings and it was fine, an inconvenience, but ok. However, the home button now doesn't function and neither does the ringer button or volume buttons. To add to that, the assistive touch does not respond and is unusable. My verizon plan doesn't allow me an upgrade until November of 2014 and I don't know what to do. I can't afford to buy another iPhone without a contract because that can be up to $800! None of my friends have old ones I could buy for a cheaper price either. Would verizon or apple give me a new iPhone for a reduced or free price if I explained it's problems?
