IPhone 4s dropped in water, now says?

So yesterday I dropped my iPhone 4s in the toilet, and picked it up really quickly before it got the chance to soak in all the way through my phone. I immediately took off the case/took out the sim and started shaking it to get the water out. I hit it against my hand and felt the water come out. I blew dry it on not heat but cool air, and blew my breath in the openings in the phone where water may have seeped in. I then put it in rice at 1 in the afternoon yesterday and the flash has been on ever since then. I just now took it out of the rice and now it is saying it has been locked for 23 million minutes. It only turns on when I plug it in, and then that message pops up. Once I unplug it, it goes dead again. What should I do? I really don't have the money to bring it to Apple or find a replacement. Can someone please tell me! I'm worried sick.

Btw, it's currently plugged into my computer but is taking FOREVER to turn on, and once the apple logo pops up on the screen, it goes black again and says that it is charging.
Also, when it used to turn on, I can see water still trapped in the screen.

What's a good music app for iPhone 5C?

I've about used all my data on my plan watching YouTube I need a good app that I can listen to current music. I tried pandora, but when I want one certain song it just randomizes it by artist. What about itube? Does that use data? Or is just a good music app?

Iphone 4 confusion (itunes)?

Basically hi guys, i've had an iphone for a bit of time and i put my music and everything on my phone through i tunes on my computer without any trouble, and recently i have tried to put new songs on my phone through itunes on the computer. I pugged it in and it was fine, but then it wiped all of my music and added 881 songs on my phone that i don't know where came from so i have deleted the 881 songs and i have no music, and it also deleted my apple id and put on someone's who i don't know, it says the email address and that i need the password to download them but i don't know who's email it is! It is noone in my families and it is really annoying i have no music to keep me entertained and it won't let me download apps! If noone can help me on the weekend ll have to go to barrys phones for you shop and try and get it sorted, anyone who can help gets five stars as best answer!

ITunes not Transferring to iPod/iPhone?

Every time I plug my iPod or iPhone into my iMac the iTunes doesn't transfer my music or videos from my iTunes onto my iPod or Phone. Any reason why this isn't working?

It all syncs and the music or videos that were already on my Phone or iPod will replace themselves but nothing else will get added to it. My iPod has 40.69GB left so I have enough space.

Why does my iphone5 receive text messages twice?

When my iphone5 is on the lock screen and I receive text messages, unless I respond or look at it right away I will receive the same text message a minute later. Does this happen to everyone? How can I turn this off? It's very annoying!

GTA V iFruit App! Licence Plate

I have the iFruit app on iPhone and I can change the licence plate both on and offline.
The problem is, I made the licence plate say Smily which I wanted it to say, but now I'd like to change it to LSPD or Police.
Is there any way I can change what it says again or am I stuck with Smily. I tried deleting and reinstalling that app and turning on the tutorial again but nothing works.
It's really shitty if it can't be change, but that's R* for ya!
