Router is making my internet slow?

I have a Netgear Router WNDR3400. Over time it's made my internet slow. When I play my PS3 online, it makes my game lag (COD).It never used to do this and I've never had any issues with it. It will lag and I will reset my router and it works fine. It's gotten worse these past few weeks. My iPhone sometimes will not connect to to the router until I reset the router. This has only happened twice. As for my laptop, sometimes YouTube videos will load extremely slowly. I've called my ISP and had them test the connection and everything was fine. I tried different Ethernet cords and still the same. I'm convinced it's my router. Everything is updated and I haven't messed with any of the router settings. If anyone can help me figure this out, I would greatly appreciate it. Is it time for a new router? I don't think so, I've only had this one for about 2 years.

Itunes won't let me download the new version?

So when i try to sync my iphone 4 it says that i need 11.1 version of itunes so when i go to download it to my mac it says i need the mac os x version 10.6.8.update so i downloaded that then it says i need the mac os x version 10.6.so after i downloaded one offline for free it says again that i still need the version 10.6.

OK, so iv got a cousin who says he's got a way to potentially make a lot of cash, with a small investment. There's some website he found that sells replicated items, from headphones to iphone cases to watches, they sell it. Its like an eBay for replicas. The items look exactly like the real products, right down to the packaging. He says he plans on buying several items and then placing them for sale on eBay. I'm not sure if its legal for him to this, is it? I mean, even if he doesn't say authentic items, is it steal illegal? If so, what are the legal ramifications of doing so?

At first I wanted to learn to make Iphone apps, but I will have to go and buy me a mac, So I figured should I make Android apps since I already have a windows computer? And I'm learning java I know I could learn it on mac but I know my way around windows better.
