Is Lost iPhone Data Protection Better on iOS 7 active Apple devices?
Added (1). From a data privacy point of view. That is, if I lose my iPhone, can I be sure that all my contacts, pictures, messages and other confidential data won't be misused by anyone who finds it (and decides not to return it)?
So last night i fell asleep with my phone charging on the table when i was watching a movie on the couch and my friend was sitting in the lounge chair and her feet were up on the table and without knowing it she accidentally knocked everything off the table including my phone and a cup of water that i had put on the table as well.
when it fell i didn't wake up because i'm a very heavy sleeper and so about an hour or so later i woke up at like 5:40 ish in the morning and tried to check my phone and went to pick it up from the floor but found it SOAKED in the water from the glass cup and also my phone is really cracked and so i woke my friend up and was crying and she got some rice and put it in a bowl and put my phone in there as well. Will this work to get my phone back to life!
Also, she only had instant rice…

I had all my music on my computer but it crashed and had to get it sent in to get fixed.long story short, the computer people didn't fix it and it got worse and then Norton ended up fixing it.today my iphone 4s got stolen and now I have no backed up music or music that wasn't backed up on icloud.iTunes store says some songs/albums are purchased already but they aren't in my library. How do I get at least the purchased music back?
Aug. 15, 2013, I have bought an iphone unit to my friend's friend. Her name is Aish Alagon. She made me pay 8, 000 on her bank account as a downpayment for 2 units of iphone. She promised me that I will be receiving the unit on Aug.31. On Aug.31, She said that the units were on hand already and will be given to me on the 1st of September. Sept. 1, She said that the units are on her supplier and will be delivered to me on that day. The delivery date was moved for several times due to different reasons. Sept. 25, she made me pay an additional 14, 000 so that I can receive the units on the same day. But still, no units were delivered. Until now, Nov. 19, I don't have the units nor the refund of the money I gave her. What can I do in this case?

the Wi-Fi bars show up, but i can't facetime or do anything over the internet unless i turn the Wi-Fi off.
i've tried forgetting the network and rejoining it, i've restarted my phone, i've connected and reconnected it countless times
My Iphone 5c randomly wouldnt let me slide to unlock. I can open the menus via sliding my finger from the bottom up and sliding my finger from the top down and all the buttons work but when I try to unlock nothing happens. If anyone knows a solution to this that would be great.
Just bought a 2003 tahoe and I'd like to put in a new stereo. The car has all Bose speakers I just want a good stereo that works well with them. Must be a double din to fit. I have an iphone but my husband uses Droid so I want something compatible with more than just the iphone. I'd like USB and aux plug in. Possibly Bluetooth. Any suggestions? Under $200?

Okay, so just recently Credo Mobile got iPhones, and I've always wanted one. My mom then told me that I was getting one for Christmas and to pick one out.that's where I ran into trouble because, which one should I get? She told me that I'd have to pay for half of it (it's $200 total) if I get the 5s, which is odd because she's probably getting my brother an xBox and a Kinect without him paying for any of it, lol. Anyway, I was wondering if it is worth it to pay an extra hundred dollars for the 5s. I mean, I know it's good and all, and everyone has told me to get it instead, but should I really? I'm also paying for the plan with money I have saved up for a while and then all of my birthday money I get when I turn 16 next year. But I will probably get a job then so that I can better fund the bill. Back to the iPhones, I like the design of the 5s better, it looks much less childish than the 5c, or at least it does online. I'd also need an Otterbox if I got the 5s because it is more expensive and breakable. I'd like it, but I just don't know. I could put the $100 on my Christmas wishlist for my extended family, but I'd also like the Sims 4 (!) which is somewhat expensive and maybe a new pair of TOMS because my current ones have a few holes in the toes. So anyway, sorry this was so long and rambling but which iPhone do you think I should get?
A couple days ago, out of the blue, my iphone 5's screen stopped auto rotating. It won't rotate on photos or texts or web surfing… Nothing. I tried a hard reset but it had no effect. I Googled the problem and found a seemingly simple way to fix it…

Press the "Home" button twice. The multitasking status bar opens at the bottom of the screen.

Flick the multitasking status bar to the right to reveal the iPhone's iPod controls and the rotation lock. The rotation lock icon is located to the left of the iPod controls. A small lock symbol appears on the icon when the rotation is locked.

Tap the rotation lock on. A brief "Unlocked" message appears. The small lock symbol does not show on the rotation lock icon.

Press the "Home" button to close the multitasking status bar and return to your Home screen.

However… My phone doesn't take me to that status bar screen when I double tap the home button, as mentioned in number one above. Instead, it takes me to a screen that allows me to completely close apps. So my question is… Where is the auto rotate control?
