My iPhone 4s is not working properly I went to update my iPhone to the iOS 7.0.4 and it was working fine then suddenly stopped. I turned it off then back on and it froze again. Can someone help me please.
Added (1). It starts to turn on then it froze as it was loading so it doesn't turn on all the way
Okay so I'm eligible for an upgrade. I'm upgrading my iPhone 4S to the 5s.sprint is my carrier. I was reading up on sprints insurance and apples insurance. Does sprint not offer apple care up front anymore? When I buy my iphone would I have no insurance on it then drive to the apple store with my purchase info and buy apple care there? Someone please confirm.
