How much it cost to upgrade iphone in tmobile?

So i want to change my phone beause my 2yr contract thing is ending soon in tmobile. I have a family plan but when i try to search for the price online, all i found was 149$ 5s with the 24$/month, i wanto know how much it will cost if i keep my same excact famil plan? My iPhone 4. Calling/texting not working?

I bought this iPhone yesterday of my friend at school. Internet Facebook etcworks all good, but it's just calling and texting. When I goto call someone, it says your handset has been blocked on this network. IT ISN't STOLEN.

How to get rid of this bruise on my lip?

Okay here's what happened,
As I was laying down, using my iPhone in mid air, and my iPhone fell out of my hands and hit my bottom lip, at first I thought I was fine, until I checked the mirror… Umm it kinda looks like I got punched in the face, its a red and black (kinda dark purple) bruise, about the size of a dime, yet a bit smaller?
and it shows a bit if I'm not talking but you can see it if I do talk,

anyway i can get rid of this quickly:/? I honestly don't wanna got to school, with a bruise on my lip that looks like I got punched in the lip, when in fact it was my iPhone: T

Why doesn't AT&T 4G work on the iPhone 5C?

I used to have an iPhone 4, and it would work perfectly fine on both the 3G and Edge network. Yet my new iPhone 5C will only work if it's on the LTE network. Right now it's on 4G, and it won't let me load any webpages at all. Also, it's giving me a lot of trouble sending texts. When I try to make calls, the voice cuts out and they get dropped. Has anyone else experienced this? Why did my iPhone 4 work well on 3G and 2G (Edge), yet the iPhone 5C can't even work on 4G? I'm considering switching back to my old phone if the problem doesn't get resolved or signing up with a different cell phone company.

What do you recommend me to buy my new iPhone?

I'm from Mexico, I want to buy the iPhone 5s but mexican merchants make it very expensive, like 945 US Dls the iPhone 5s 32gb. I have a familiar living for a time there in US Because of business and is sending some stuff in trucks constantly. But also I want to buy it with a "Wireless service" with AT&T because without it is so expensive, do you know if here in Mexico I can "Liberate" it for a mexican carrier?
