Giving son own Apple ID for new iPhone, will music be gone?

My son has used my Apple ID for years to download music onto his iPod. Now I'm getting him his first cell, an iPhone, and I think it's time he has his own Apple ID. However, will he lose all the songs he's downloaded over the years under my ID? Will he have to rebuy all of them for his iPhone since he will be using his own ID?

Why is the sound not recording?

I have had an iPhone 4 for quite a while now, and I've never had this problem before. When I record videos, the audio doesn't get recorded, and when I play back the video, all I hear is a loud hissing sound. I know that this isn't a problem with iOS 7, because it was perfectly fine when I first updating the OS. I'm really confused.

Iphone 5s selling difficulties?

So I recently bought a data plan which allows me to buy a phone from at&t at a discounted price. I already have a HTC one which I bought from ebay so I was thinking of selling the gold iphone 5s to make a profit. However, they told me I couldn't sell it because the purchaser wouldn't be able to use it. I don't understand… If I take out the SIM card from the phone, it's just a phone body… So wouldn't anyone be able to use it? Therefore, I would still be able to sell it on ebay?

Can someone please explain this to me? Is it possible to still sell the phone?

Can't send mms to non iPhone users?

I'm using a gsm iPhone 4 with straight talk. It is originally from AT&T however the AT&T compatible SIM card that straight talk provides doesn't let you change the apn settings or even see the cellular data network menu. So I put in the t-mobile compatible SIM card and changed my apn settings as instructed. Now I can only send mms to iPhone users but I can still text and call non iPhone users. Any changes I should make to my apn settings or any other ideas?
