Can I buy an iphone 5c without a contract?

I want to buy an Iphone 5c without a contract, then carry it over to tmobile, because they are too expensive to buy at tmobile. Can I do that? If so, where can I buy one?

Is there a jailbreak for iOS 7.0.3 out yet?

I have an iPhone 4S, and I was wondering if there was a jailbreak out yet? Safe one. I hate iOS 7, and when I jailbreak it I'm gonna get something from Cydia to make it look like iOS 6.1.3.

I'm so dissapointed that there's no more 16gb iPhone 4S. Why not?
An apple representative told me the 8GB will really equate to 6.1gb once it preloads up with ios 7…

I have an iphone 4s running ios 7.0.3, i'm looking to downgrade to 6.1.2 to have an untethered jailbreak on my iphone. I have looked and tried many options on the internet, but none have worked. I can't downgrade easily because i do not have shshs blobs for 6.1.2, is there any way to download this shsh blob or a way to downgrade without it and are there any jailbreaks for ios 7.0.3.

Weird feeling and weird things?

So it felt like I literally had no sleep at all and my body feels really weird and out of wack, also I have been really sick and when I woke up I was completely better, and another weird thing was that my phone had 0% so before I went to sleep I put it on charge and I woke up at about 4am and looked over at my phone and it wasn't on charge anymore and it's a iphone so the charger wouldnt of fallen out and when I went an got my phone it had excatly 100% lots of other weird things happened but they are the main things

IPhone 5 unlock from EE/T-Mobile?

I've been using an iPhone 5 from my mum's contract with my own sim only contract. I now want to leave the network because they are ***. I'm to join Vodafone.

I have to unlock the iPhone however. To do this through EE, would it affect my mum's contract? She's got an iPhone of her own where as I'm using the iPhone 5. Have had it for about a year now.
