The glass on my Iphone is fine as far as I'm concerned, but the screen underneath (I presume) is damaged and there's a blur of colors. I can still see half of the screen, but the left side is dead.
What should I do?
Try fixing it on my own
Pay upward of 90$
or some other method I'm not fimilar with?

I have an HTC One at the moment, and I'm quite bored of the Sense UI. I'm willing to change my phone. I'm considering the Apple iPhone 5S and the LG Google Nexus 5 which is going to be offered in November 1st hopefully. And I don't really know even if it's a good idea to trade my HTC One for either of these great phones.
I'm mostly considering the iPhone 5S because I think it's good to make a change and migrate from android to iOS. But the BIG problem is, I have an iPad mini running iOS 7.0.3, and I wanted to know if I'm going to experience a redundant UI on my phone and tablet if I purchase an iPhone 5S. You know, having an iPhone and an iPad I mean. Some folks believe it's good to have a good android phone and an iPad so you'd have the best of both worlds. But some say iOS and iCloud features and stuff are designed the way you never miss anything android-ish while you own an iPhone and iPad and you're going to be perfectly fine. I don't know whether these statements are true or not.
Plus, I have done a research on specs of HTC One vs. The iPhone 5S and I concluded that the hardware specs of the HTC One are Way better than the iPhone 5S'. For example:
Battery Capacity --> HTC One: 2300 mAh / iPhone 5S: 1570 mAh
CPU specs --> HTC One: quad-core 1.7 GHz / iPhone 5S: 64-bit dual-core 1.3 GHz
RAM amount --> HTC One: 2 GB / iPhone 5S: 1 GB
And tons of other stuff!
And there's the android vs.iOS thing again. You know it all, android is more customizable, tinkerable and you can download unverified.apk files from anywhere you like; unlike iOS in which you are only allowed to download certified apps from the Apple Appstore. And there's another thing whose lack of existence in iOS bugs me A LOT and that's file sharing via Bluetooth, NFC, Wi-Fi direct and tons of other connectivity functions which android supports and iOS doesn't.
Another factor is the display screen size. I really have NO idea what size of a screen I need. Some people say 4" is too small, some say 4.7" is too big. I believe 4.7" of the HTC One is a little big and thus uncomfortable but I don't know whether a 4" screen size is enough or not.
In conclusion, considering All these factors, which OS and which phone is more suitable for me and my lifestyle?
I need space and i know apps like facebook store a lot of data, how do i delete the data and cookies from other apps (non-safari). Yes i know the sfari one but that only deletes the safari cookies and data

I have a CB Radio in my 2003 S10, I used to have it spliced into an old cell phone cigarette lighter for it to run, well that broke and I use a iPhone charger anyways so I couldn't use the CB and listen to my music at the same time so I decided to hard-wire it into the fuse-box. Well I got it working and grounded and put it in the fuse for the cigarette lighter. Well I got it mounted and such and a day goes by, start my truck and since I drive on the highway decide to turn the CB on to listen to whatever chatter, I didn't work. I got to campus and I tried re-grounding it and tightening the wire on the ground and I switched which fuse it was in, and nothing. It worked perfectly yesterday! Only other thing I can think of is where I have my ground it was like 40 degrees this morning so could the cold effect that at all? I also checked the fuse in the CB's wires itself and it was not blown and tried a new fuse just to be sure and nothing. Any help would be appreciated!
The letter were bold in the previous versions and everything looked nicer. The new crap looks horrible. Is there an app to change it back to the same look or is this time for me to move on to another phone finally?

I've just updated it and it says searching where the signal should be. It had signal fine before and my signals just gone now i've updated to ios7
I'm switching from pre-pay to bill pay for my birthday in November. Please keep in mind that I'm a girl using my dad's account and I'm 14 years old so that might change some answers. I'm struggling about weather to buy an Iphone or an s4 mini. I really like how the Iphone looks but the fact that everyone has it and the lack of custimization kind of puts me off. I know generally it's a great phone and I'd love to have one but I'm not sure. I love the s4 mini! It's fast, but it doesn't have a great look.
Another thing that puts me off is the knowledge that android apps are known to have ALOT of bugs and people normally complain of things like Facebook, Instagram etc. Not working and these are apps I can't live without. Are apps like that in the apple app store? Or is it just android?
I'm really struggling to make a decision and I just need some extra opinions. Please give me reasons as to why I should get either phone.

On my old android phone I had an amazing app to download music, called Simple mp3 Downloader. With my new iPhone, I found that it's not available for iOS: L Does anyone know of an app like it? I don't really want one of the ones where you go to a website, just one where you open the app, search for the song, and download it. Also, I'd much rather it to add songs to the music app iPhones come with, not use it's own player. If someone could suggest an app that would be awesome, thanks!
My iphone won't change from default on ios 7 i have many custom ringtones on my iphone but they will only play when i press them but won't play when someone calls me i tried putting my ringtone of choice into everyones contact in my contacts but it still won't work, help?
