My phone was stolen on Monday. I have find my iphone set up but it says no location can be found because my device is offline. I filled out a police report yesterday but can't do anything.Am I just out of luck? What can I do?

My iPhone 5 is off and might be on airplane mode when turned on. I can't use Find My iPhone because it is off but is it also because it might be on airplane mode? Also, it says on my itunes that the last iCloud back up was at 12:47 am. Which is 10 hours after my phone was stolen. What does that mean? Could iCloud still back up when turned off?
So i have an iphone 4 i changed the battery and switched phone back on, no apple logo came up just dim blue screen can hear the phone noises, no picture, can't get on the phone at all tried rebooting and resetting phone bu no joy but pics it up on computer, restarts on that but nothing comes up on phone still. It syncs phone on itunes so the phone must be working just a dim blue screen on the phone… Please help?

I call the iphone store about 4 times each day to ask if they have the iphone 5s in stock and everytime they say no not at the moment but we usually get them everyday. So why is it that they haven't been in stock for a week but they supposedly get them everyday? Does anyone know what part of the day they receive the iphones?
My iPhone 4S has some technical problems, for example the volume doesn't work and sometimes the lock screen freezes. So I'm going to go into a phone shop tomorrow and ask how to solve these problems. I've only had my iPhone for 6 months so was thinking maybe they would just replace it? But if they replace it then I would have to transfer my SIM card to the new iPhone, and the SIM card only keeps contacts right, so I would lose all of my apps! If I do end up getting a new phone tomorrow how will I transfer my apps from my old phone to the new one? Should I sync it with my laptop and download all of its apps?
I have an iPad mini, my wife has iPhone 4S and iPad, my two kids have iPod Touches, and they all now are under the same Game Centre profile. It wasn't always this way, we each had our own Game Centre Profiles, so we could challenge, share games and still have one Apple ID to manage the purchases and signing up on all devices. Did Apple cut this out to make more money by having to have different Apple ID's per device to enable a different Game Centre profle? Or is there something I can do to get back to each of us having our own Game Centre Profle?
