T-Mobile iPhone 5s Cellular Network Not Working?

So I have been unable to use my data at all even when I was on my previous iPhone 4 even though it had full bars and the 3G logo at top. It's weird because it worked perfectly fine months ago everywhere I go. I'm not sure, but I think it might be something in the settings or that I dropped my phone.

Now that I gotten the new iPhone 5s, I still have no data and I end up using Wi-Fi even when it is saying I have full bars and has the LTE or 4G logo.

How could I fix this? Something in the carrier settings?

ATT sent me Iphone with Sprint sim card in it, is that possible?

I ordered online and picked up at att store. I came with new iphone and found out it's iphone with sprint sim card in it.

I took it back to the store that i picked up, and they told me to talk to Apple service manager.
and some long phone calls later, they think i'm a scammer or something.

Att and Apple all avoided my appeal explanation. And i don't know what to do.

Okay, heres the story. My itunes library for my iphone was on a computer which we recently got rid of.So, I made a new Itunes on my laptop and I need to sync my music that's on my phone to my new itunes library. I would like to do this without erasing my music cause there's no way I could get it back. If you know how to do this Please Help ME!
