How can I return a cell phone with charged battery to Amazon?

Here's the thing, I live in Peru and I purchased an iPhone 7 Plus by mistake due to a misunderstanding. I realized that days after doing it so I immediately canceled the order. It had already been shipped to my address and when DHL contacted me, I told them to return it because the order had been canceled. It's been like a week since that(The package was on hold) and now DHL says that the item can't be sent back because the battery is charged so they want to give me the cell phone to discharge the battery and then pick it up to ship it back to the seller. Discharging the battery implicates opening the product which I can't since the seller's policy says that They won't refund opened items. SO, it's really kind of a big deal, any suggestions? What should I do?

IPhone volume not working?

I have a iPhone 7 Plus. When I go to settings and I go to sound and adjust the volume it makes the sound for it and if I turn off my phone and turn it back on it makes the charging noise while it's in charge but if I go into snapchat or receive texts it doesn't make a noise it just vibrates I tried restarting many times what's wrong with it

IPhone won't turn on?

I turned off my iphone 5s and when i tried to turn it back on it would bring up the white apple logo for about a minute or 2 and then just go black. I tried booting it in recovery mode in iTunes so i can try to update it but i only get the option to factory restore which I don't want to do because its not backed up. What can I do? I also charged it for 2 hours so its not the battery

How good is iPhone 5c battery life is it worth buying?
