My friend has ios 4.3.3, so he wanted me to update his iphone 4 to 6.1.2 and not 6.1.3. And he is giving me his iphone tomorrow… I agreed and downloaded 6.1.2 firmware but what i'm not sure about that when i press restore and select the firmware will it proceed or it must be the latest firmware only? When i say complete backup, i mean COMPLETE backup. All pictures.configuration profiles, apps, bookmarks, settings, emails everything. My mom has an iPhone 4S from her job and i have the iPhone 4 & instead of me buying another iPhone she offered me hers. The problem is since it is a work phone there are many things that the IT department at her job have set up which include email settings that require her configuration profiles and provisioning profiles. I was wondering is there any way to basically make a full copy of the phone so when she gets it there will be no complaints.
