What Apple iPhone app would do this?

I'm following someone on Instagram who would make profile pictures for other users. These pictures resemble the works of the app Text Mask, where it puts a white cover on top of a photo and the text you put on the picture is your original picture. The difference between the Text Mask pictures and the ones this user did is that more than just text was on the pictures, outlines of animals would also be on the photo. I could not find any option for doing this on Text Mask, and it's driving me crazy that I can't figure it out. Any ideas as to what app this Instagram user used?

IPhone 4S Stuck in Recovery Mode? - 1

So I wanted to update my jailbroken iPhone 4S from 5.1.1 to iOS 7, but the software update only said 6.1.3, so I figured I'd update it anyways. I left it to update overnight, then when I woke up for school, it was on the "Connect to iTunes" screen, or "Recovery Mode". I've tried just about everything. Luckily, I backed up the phone before I tried updating it. I just want to get my phone restored again. I tried restoring and updating it but it says Error 21. I tried upgrading to the newest iTunes, but I have no space on my Mac. I've tried using TinyUmbrella, didn't work. Redsn0w didn't work. DFU Mode didn't work. I just need to know what to do to get my phone back on, jailbroken or not, restored or not (I have the data backed up) or upgraded or not.

And I don't wanna hear the "This is why you don't jailbreak" poop, I've heard it all already

Why does ios 7 look like its unfinished?

In my way of view it looks like its a unfinished beta version and they released it to the public just like that! It's plain and boring. With hackers being able to hack into other people's iPhones and all that it seems like they don't even get people to test anything out!

I just recently downloaded iOS 7 and everything was fine, until i decided to make an iCloud so then i started to text my friends and they said an email appears instead of my number so i tried about everything to fix it, but when i went under message and when i was about to delete the email address my number showed up and i couldn't click on it because it was gray how do i fix this?

Why did ios 7 put music on my iphone when i had deleted or removed these songs prior?

So I had deleted or removed songs from my phone that i just didn't like anymore or got tired of. They were still on the computer and in the icould service but they didn't show up on the physical phone device itself. Now after ios 7 everything from the cloud is basically on my phone and i don't want them. Is there a way to reverse this or will i have to go through my entire library and hand delete the songs?

How to delete music off your iPhone with IOS7?

I installed IOS7 and it downloaded all of my old music onto my phone and every time I try to go and delete it iCloud won't let me actually delete it. I've tried hooking my phone up to my computer, erasing all of my music, then redownloading it, but it just keeps putting the older stuff on there. I've also turned off iCloud, thinking that would make it stop, but it didn't do anything.

IPhone doesn't tell me who called after I turn phone back on?

I did an experiment, I called my Iphone using my home phone while it was off to see if my iPhone would tell me if I received a call once I turn it back on. It doesn't tell me If someone was trying to call unless they leave a voice mail (I have the same problem when the phone is on airplane mode) Is it a problem with my phone or are all the cell phones like that?
