Grounded for almost four months?

On June 1st my mother and I had a large argument and I ended up calling her a b*tch and screaming at each other and I told her someone should just kill her. I apologized immediately afterward, when she started to cry. I know, it was wrong but I was EXTREMELY ANGRY. My father took my iPod touch away. He never sets precedents, like how long the punishment is. Well now it is about to be 4 months since he took it away, and he is getting the new iPhone 5C this weekend. Should I ask him for it back? Do you think it's been long enough? I learned my lesson, I have been nicer to them both, trying to get closer to dad, etc. I NEED to listen to music when I study and to relax, and my little replacement MP3 just died, and I don't have any other way to listen on the go. How should I proceed to ask my dad for it back? Help is much appreciated.

Added (1). I do understand the gravity of what I said. I have empathy and put myself into her shoes and my father's shoes, and I can see that his punishment is perfectly suited.

Can't import songs from iMac iTunes to iPhone?

I have an iMac that I purchased in 2008. I recently updated my iPhone to the iOS 7.0. I got on my iMac tonight to transfer some music to my phone, and it said that in order to do that I needed to update my iTunes. However, I can't update my iTunes because my iMac is too old of a version.

Is there an alternative way to get them on there?

ICloud automatically downloaded music to iTunes?

So I recently accidentally upgraded my iPhone, and was then forced to update iTunes to the newest version, and I found that there were droves of music in my library that I had deleted (as well as deleted from the actual iTunes folder on my computer) a while ago, and they all had a little cloud icon in the top right corner.

I deleted thousands of songs because, obviously, I didn't want them anymore, but now they're back, and I really do not want to have to go through my entire library deleting music.iTunes support is being entirely unhelpful, so I was wondering if there was a fast way to delete all the music from the cloud, as well as maybe disable the cloud?

It's a feature I personally dislike, and this sort of this is really really aggravating.

Thanks!

(P.S. I'm a PC, not a Mac.)

Added (1). By the way, I don't even actually have an iCloud account (on my iPhone (4S. And it's not technically turned on in iTunes, but apparently all of this music is "available for download from the cloud" and 1) I don't want to download any of these and 2) the important bit is how to I get rid of all of these? If possible I really really don't want to have to delete all of them manually.

Will an iPhone with straight talk work in Montana?

I'm currently with straight talk and hate my phone. I want to buy an iPhone 5 or iPhone 4s from at&t and use it with straight talk. I want to know if this will work as well as will it work in Montana?

Why is the gold IPhone 5S so popular?

Looks like they sold out of that color almost immediately. You know with IOS 7 the phones running this system will be impossible to reset if protected by password or fingerprint if stolen making them worthless.
