Can I buy an iPhone off craigslist to use for Straight Talk?

I have a straight talk account and want to get an iPhone. Do I need an unlocked phone or does any phone work? If I bought a phone off cragslist for verizon would it work? I need all the details possible b/c I'm tired of all the other phones I've gotten from straight talk.

I have just bought the new two iPhones, iPhone 5S for me and iPhone 5C for my brother, the both iPhones running iOS 7.0.1 on baseband (modem firmware) 05.00.01. Both iPhones are under 2-years contract with AT&T, so is it possible to unlock them or not?

Confused about iTunes version 11.1

So I just downloaded the iOS7 on my iphone 4 and want to download some music from my iTunes on my PC to my phone but itunes says I need to download version 11.1 for it to recognise my phone? How do I download it? And does it mean download it to my PC or my phone? Please help! Preferably before tomorrow! Xx

Added (1). I have tried to download it 3 times already but nothing seems to happen/I can't find the software on my computer…

Just Installed It, But Every time I Try To Install A Game It Doea A Loading Sign And Then Suddenly Cancels, i have 5gb of space left and i don't think its the game not being compatable because i uninstalled angry birds and it won't let me re-install

Ebay seller left all their data on this iphone 4?

I just bought an iphone 4 32gb from someone on ebay for $180 and they left all their apps, pics, contacts and videos on it. I went to swappa.com and checked the meid number and they said it was ready for activation. That's kind of annoying though. I bought a used phone from someone who did this before and it had a bad esn. I don't know if I should try to activate it or not. Its a verizon phone but I'm going to use it with pageplus
