Do you think i can get my money back?

I was sold an iphone on ebay, the seller said it was locked but he didn't say it was "icloud" locked i thought he meant locked by carrier locked (SPRINT.) He told me i could get it unlocked in the description. I contacted apple and they said the phone could be stolen and there's not way to unlock it except by the user because the find my iphone is on. I messaged the seller and asked if he could turn off the find my iphone off and he never responded so i guess its not his phone. So i tried to sell it but i got a message from ebay saying they do not allow selling icloud locked iphones… He won't respond to me but he said there's noting wrong with it and i'm trying to scam him.

Added (1). i meant he responded to me when i made a ebay claim and said i'm trying to scam him. Its been past 30 days and i'm scared that its too late

How to get my dad too buy me an iPhone?

So I've had an iPhone 6 which I cracked. So my parents downgraded me to a Samsung s4 then I cracked it. Then he got me the same phone and I actually kept it for awhile until the digitizer cracked. And today he told me he's not getting me a new phone and he's going to get a me a flip phone. I honestly don't believe him cause he's told me that before and it didn't happen. But I really need to convince him to get me an iPhone. I've been doing really good in school and I even got upgraded to English honors. But I need more to convince them. Please help. Also I plan on getting an iPhone 6s certified refurbished on Black Friday so it's cheaper.

Do I have a right to be mad at my friend?

So i'm 16 and so is my friend, her name is Sydney. I have no classes with her but we have a lot of the same teachers. Today in culinary class, which is my third period, I noticed that an IPhone charger was plugged into the wall. Someone tried to steal it so I put it in my backpack to keep it safe, and give it to the teacher after class, assuming it had belonged to someone from second period. I have a samsung so I didn't even need it or anything. So at the end of class we had free time so I started studying for my test in fourth period, and I left without giving it to the teacher, on accident. I later when into my backpack at lunch and saw it, Sydney saw it too and said she needed cause she lost her charger and she has an IPhone. She took it and told her that it was wrong to do that. She said 'I don't care" and we moved on but I want to ask her about it because it makes me mad. I promise she usually isn't like this.
What should I do?

IMac can't detect any Wi-Fi networks?

I've been having a problem with my 2011 iMac where my Wi-Fi will gradually stop working. I know that this is not a router problem, as my MacBook, iPhone and other devices all connect perfectly and my iMac worked with this router for years up until now. When I start the computer, it is able to connect to Wi-Fi, but after about 20 mins, my main 5G connection stops working, so then I choose my other connection, which works for about another 20 mins. Gradually, all of the various connections slowly disappear until my connection drops out and my computer won't detect any networks in my vacinity at all. So far, the only thing that works is restarting my computer. I've been though this process many times now and the Wi-Fi will always follow that exact pattern until it stops working. Network diagnostics doesn't do anything since I can't get any kind of connection to begin with. Unfortunately I don't have easy access to Ethernet where my computer is in my house unless I go buy a really long cable, so I would prefer if I can possibly fix the Wi-Fi.

I have a 2011 27 inch iMac with High Sierra installed, the problem began when I had Sierra and I thought an update may fix it but it still persists.
