My iPhone5 is stuck on settings

So, I wanted to check out this new update called ios7 and it was telling me I needed more space to downloaded, I was going to wait before downloading it but my phone wouldn't let me get out of the settings. Like I tried everything to get off it but it just won't let me get on my home screen, lock it or even just switch it off! Its just stuck and will only let me go around the settings. I've decided to download the new update and hoping for it to be fixed when its downloaded but what could I try if it still is the same after the download? Any ideas?

Ios 7 won't appear in system updates?

I've an Iphone 4 (~3 months old) that doesn't have that red notification in my settings icon. I go to setting, general, software update, and it just says my current iOs 6.1.3 is up to date. I've connected to 2 different wifis today (my school and my house) and got no notification of iOs7. Some people in my school were getting the update but i didn't. I've AT&T 3g service.Am i just among the unlucky ones who don't get the notification until a few days after today?

IOS7 came out today, but i can't get it?

I was on the bus and in software update it said that I could download IOS7, when i got home and went back to software update it said "IOS 6.1.3 Your iPhone is up to date" what's up with that? Why can't i get it?

Added (1). Never mind my phone is being a troll, I just went back and its letting me get IOS7, my phone has problems, sorry for wasting your time

IPhone not recognising ios 7 update

At 6 this evening my phone was acknowledging that there was an update for ios 7. After trying many times to update my phone (and failing) I went on my phone later and it said 'software up to date 6.1.3' I have tried turning it on and off and nothing is working please help!

Why will iTunes no longer sync?

So a couple of days ago I restored my laptop to factory settings, re-installed itunes and attempted to add new songs to my iPhone like I did before the restore.iTunes wants to erase the music on my phone just to add 3 new songs. I click manually manage songs and then press sync and nothing new is synced. I just want all of my music back on my iTunes and to be able to plug in my iPhone and it automatically sync new songs!

Water damaged iphone 4 won't turn on, how to get photos from it?

I have tried everything for my iphone 4 to work after i dropped it down the toilet but now it has completely broken and won't switch on at all, comes up with the apple logo then disapears and keeps doing it. Any idea on how i could get photos, contacts etc from it?

IPhone won't let me update to ios7?

Tried to update my software earlier and it was downloading, then randomly said it failed to download. I tried clicking on software updates again to retry it, and now it says 'iOS 6.1.4, your software is up to date.'

Most people I know have already installed the update and have got it, so why won't it let me do it anymore.

Did you update your iPhone to iOS 7?

Is it any good? I've seen videos and personally it looks quite like Samsung? I need to delete some things cos it occupies like 3GB or something. So is it worth it?
