My iphone doesn't even have the option to get the new i0s7 update… It just says my iphone is up to date. I just now today downloaded the i0s6 update so I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not? It seems everyone else has already gotten the i0s7 update but mine isn't even giving me the option to update it
At around 1:52pm my iPhone said that ios 7 was available but now my setting say that my software is up to date I don't understand what's wrong! :/
So everyone with an apple device knows today is the launch of the ios 7 update. Like everyone else on the planet I want to update my iphone 5 to ios 7.To update it you have to have updated to ios 6.1.4 which came out a while ago. I never updated my phone to it because I heard it drained battery. So my issue is that my phone won't let me update to ios 6.1.4 every time I try it tells me that the update "is not available at this time" i don't know I just really want ios 7 to please help thanks.xx
So I checked for iOS 7 30 min ago and it showed up but I had to manage storage so i did and when I went back to settings to see if i could update now but it started checking for update again andthen said there's no updates? It said you have iOS 6.1.3 and there's so updates available. IOS 7 is supposed to
show up today? Where is it i have an iPhone 4S and its not showing up for my iPod 5 either
I'm using an iPad 2 and 3 and I'm for sure the update is for ipad 2 or later, ipod 5th gen, iphone 4 or later, and ipad mini so why can't I find iOS 7? When I click on software update it says "iOS 6.1.3 Your software is up to date." I know iOS 7 came out today at noon for east coast so why can't these ipads find it! I'm so confused rn.
So I went to download iOS7 but I had too much stuff so then I started deleting stuff but after I deleted the last app both my home and lock screen have stopped working.
I was on my settings screen on my Iphone 4, and when i pressed the home button, it didn't take me to my home screen, it just stayed on my settings screen. I then tried my off button, which was also not working. I then looked online (on my computer) about this problem, and found many possible solutions such as AssistiveTouch, and when i tried that, the home button didn't take me home. The buttons appear to be working though, as I can take a screenshot, so I'm very confused.
I've just installed ios7 and now can't activate my phone. It says it can't be activated because the activation server can't be reached and when i'm trying to connect it to itunes it also shows a mistake. What shall i do?
My phone started to update, and it got all the way to the end of the preparation part which took 40 minutes. I got the notification that said your iPhone will now update. 10 seconds later, I got a notification that said your iPhone can't update at this time. Is this a problem with Apple or my phone?
I'm at school but my mom's almost here to get me. I'm downloading iOS 7 to my iPhone 4 and it is at Preparing Update. Do I need internet connection at this stage of installing it?
